Does my client need an account?+
No. Clients use the review link you send them, so there is no password or onboarding step between them and a decision.
What can I send for review?+
Markum supports written content, links, file URLs, and embedded video. Group related deliverables inside a project so the decision stays attached to the work.
What does Markum record?+
Markum keeps the client response, comments, timestamps, and available request details such as the originating IP address. It is a practical approval record, not a substitute for legal advice or a contract drafted for your jurisdiction.
Can a client request changes?+
Yes. A client can approve the work or request changes and explain what needs another pass.
Are electronic signatures available?+
Markum includes an electronic-signature workflow for cases that need an extra acknowledgement. Whether an electronic signature is appropriate or enforceable depends on your agreement, use case, and jurisdiction; consult qualified counsel when that matters.
